Role:

Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers within an Agile environment

Acting Scrum Master

Assign and break down tasks, remove blockers and ensure projects are delivered efficiently

Work closely with technical and product teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work

There will be a small element of C++ within this role

Play a key role in the future growth of the business
About you:
-
Some C++ development experience within a software or engineering environment
-
Practical experience as a Scrum Master
-
Experience leading a team
-
Background in CAE, CAD, simulation or engineering software would be beneficial
-
Mechanical, aerospace, engineering or software engineering experience is desirable, though a degree is not essential but ideal

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
A natural leader with a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering
