Basic Salary £27,000 – £33,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission – OTE £70,000 

Monday - Friday, NO weekends. Early finish EVERY Friday. 

Office-based, Sale. 

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and fast-growing secured loan and second charge mortgage broker in Sale. Due to volume of incoming leads, they're now looking for a hungry, money-motivated Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join their energetic, fast-paced and performing sales team.

You'll speak to warm, pre-qualified customers who are already interested in a second charge mortgage. EVERY lead is provided, qualified, and booked straight into your diary, so there's no cold calling and no time wasted. A dedicated processing team handles all the administration and case progression, leaving you free to focus on what you do best: advising customers and closing deals.

Working hours are Monday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am – 5.30pm or 10.00am – 6.00pm (dependent on business need), and Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads booked directly into your diary
• Assessing each customer's circumstances and recommending suitable second charge mortgage products from a huge and varied lender panel
• Delivering compliant, customer-focused advice in line with FCA requirements
• Building rapport quickly and managing a fast-paced pipeline of enquiries and cases
• Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
• Liaising with the processing team to ensure a smooth, efficient journey from application through to completion

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrable and recent experience advising on second charge mortgages or secured loans
• CeMAP qualification (essential)
• To be hungry, money-motivated, and genuinely sales-driven
• Energy and drive, and to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

In return, you'll receive:

• A basic salary of £27,000 – £33,000, depending on experience
• OTE £70,000 in your first year – dependent on how quickly you get up to speed
• Commission on the broker fee, plus a percentage of the fee on every case
• All leads provided, pre-qualified, and booked into your diary – no cold calling
