👩‍🏫 About You

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience teaching within a secondary school or SEN setting
• Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs and adapting your approach accordingly
• QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
• Confidence delivering lessons across KS3-KS5
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing

🏫 About the Opportunities

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of mainstream secondary schools and specialist settings throughout Medway, providing continuity and support where it's needed most.

Assignments can range from daily supply and short-term cover to ongoing and longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to choose opportunities that work around you.
