The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Dixons Fazakerley Academy, supporting the school with the recruitment of talented and dedicated Secondary Teachers for roles starting in September 2026.

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable teachers across a range of subject specialisms to join the school on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
• Support students’ academic progress, confidence, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and the wider school leadership team.
• Contribute to the school’s high expectations and positive learning culture.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
• A genuine commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
