Salary: £31,650 - £49,000 per annum (dependent on experience and pay scale)

Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across Southend-on-Sea that are seeking talented and enthusiastic STEM Teachers to join their teams.

As a STEM Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons within your specialist subject
• Inspire students to develop a passion for STEM learning
• Plan, assess, and monitor student progress
• Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
• Support students in achieving their academic potential
• Contribute to the wider life of the school

• Holds UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching a STEM subject at secondary level
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Is passionate about raising student achievement
• Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
