Secretary (part-time) in Melksham, Wiltshire

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Melksham area who urgently seeks an experienced Part-Time Secretary to join a busy, friendly team and provide valuable day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.

You'll be providing essential secretarial support across the team including:

• Audio and copy typing of letters and correspondence
• Keeping the digital filing system accurate and up to date
• Answering overflow calls when required
• Supporting the wider team and adhoc duties

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous secretarial experience in an office environment
• Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills
• Good level of experience with IT and office systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Has a flexible, can-do approach and is happy to help where needed
