Job Description
The Sector Supervisor role focuses on guiding and supporting teams across a group of sites, helping to create safe, clean and well managed environments. Close collaboration with account and operational teams ensures strong performance, consistent standards, and effective day to day delivery.
You will develop team capability, promote a positive culture, and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. With a varied workload and a high level of autonomy, this position offers the opportunity to influence how services are delivered and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support front line teams to deliver consistent and high quality services across sites
- Build strong relationships with clients and respond to queries with a positive approach
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor standards and support team members
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed expectations
- Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, and compliance with company processes
- Manage rotas, absence cover, and resource planning to maintain service levels
- Ensure all colleagues follow company procedures and client requirements
- Complete audits, checks, and reporting activities as required
- Maintain stock levels, equipment standards, and organised storage areas
- Support training, development, and performance management of team members
