Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Mobile Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of sites across the specified region, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

This role involves managing multiple locations and teams, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and effective planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards across all sites within their remit.

The position requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage a varied workload across different locations, supporting teams operating across extended hours while ensuring company standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of approximately 35 locations and 50 operatives
• Travel regularly between sites using a company-provided vehicle
• Manage teams remotely across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Take ownership of scheduling and workload planning with a high level of autonomy
• Complete and track monthly tasks via tablet, including audits and reporting
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and Health & Safety checks
• Conduct meetings and ensure all reporting requirements are met
• Ensure all sites meet company standards and regulatory compliance

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience
• Experience managing teams across multiple or remote sites (mobile role experience highly desirable)
• Comfortable with extensive travel and driving as part of the role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently
• Confident in using digital tools such as tablets for task management and reporting
• Flexible to support operational needs (typically between 07:00–22:00)
