Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Sector Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of sites across Cheshire and Liverpool.
This mobile role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, support site teams, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
The Role
As a Sector Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple sites across the region, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with site teams, customers, and operational colleagues, you'll support service performance while maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a predominantly mobile role requiring regular travel between sites using a company vehicle. Although the role is primarily aligned with standard business hours, flexibility will be required to support operational needs, typically between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support teams across a portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational performance, and compliance.
- Travel regularly between sites to carry out inspections, provide guidance, and build strong working relationships with employees and clients.
- Manage teams remotely, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Take ownership of workforce scheduling and workload planning across the region.
- Complete and monitor monthly activities, including audits, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, health and safety inspections, meetings, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure all sites comply with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory obligations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the implementation of operational best practice.
- Maintain accurate records and make effective use of digital systems and reporting tools.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position.
- Experience managing teams across multiple sites, with previous mobile supervisory experience being highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A willingness to travel regularly as part of a mobile role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in using digital systems, tablets, and reporting software.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
