Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Mobile Support Cleaner to deliver cleaning services across multiple sites within the allocated remit, ensuring all operational standards are met in line with client specifications.

This role involves supporting the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across various locations, responding to operational requirements, and maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance. The position requires flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to managing shifting priorities and multiple sites.

The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, while ensuring all procedures, including security and site protocols, are followed at all times. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential in supporting operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across assigned sites in line with client specifications
  • Respond to Sector Manager requests and support operational requirements as needed
  • Complete periodic cleaning tasks to 100% of the agreed schedule
  • Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements
  • Maintain effective relationships with client representatives and company personnel
  • Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across all assigned contracts
  • Support onboarding of new employees through site familiarisation and training on cleaning regimes and procedures
  • Maintain stock levels of materials and consumables, ensuring storerooms are organised and reporting any shortages

  • Experience in a comparable role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support front-line colleagues
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with remote teams
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage priorities and tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail with a responsible, ownership-driven attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (company van provided)
