Self Employed Bedroom Surveyor

Location: Field-based
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on workload and experience)

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as a self-employed Bedroom Surveyor, carrying out detailed and accurate site surveys for fitted bedroom furniture. You will play a key role in ensuring installations run smoothly by providing precise measurements, identifying potential issues, and producing clear and accurate survey information using Articad.

• Carry out on-site bedroom surveys in customers’ homes.
• Take accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
• Identify and report any potential fitting or installation issues.
• Produce detailed survey drawings and documentation.
• Use Articad to create accurate plans and layouts.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure survey accuracy.
• Ensure all surveys are completed in line with company standards and agreed timelines.

• Previous experience as a Bedroom Surveyor or in a similar surveying role.
• Articad experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Must own and be confident using your own laptop.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Self-employed status required.

• Two weeks of training provided, tailored to your experience level.
