ELECTRICIAN – SOCIAL HOUSING

Location: Coventry
Rate: £100 per EICR
Payment: CIS or Limited Company
Type: Ongoing / Long-term Work

We are looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to join an ongoing social housing contract in Coventry.

The Role:

• Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
• £100 per EICR, including C1 & C2 remedial works
• Identifying and completing electrical remedials where required
• Working to current electrical regulations and social housing standards
• Completing accurate certification and paperwork
• Ongoing workload available for the right electrician

Requirements:

• Gold ECS/JIB Card
• Qualified Electrician
• Strong social housing experience
• Experienced in EICRs, testing and inspection
• Confident carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works
• Own van and testing equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage a daily workload

Payment:

• £100 per completed EICR, including C1 & C2 remedials
• CIS or Limited Company
• Ongoing work available
