SEMH Teaching Assistant - Maidenhead

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 support for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Supporting small groups with learning, emotional regulation, and confidence-building activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Assisting with the implementation of individual support plans and behaviour strategies
- Monitoring student progress, wellbeing, and engagement
- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
