Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEMH Teacher in High Wycombe.
We're looking for a teacher who combines clear expectations with patience, flexibility and the ability to build positive relationships.
The role includes:
Planning engaging lessons for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Adapting learning to address gaps in knowledge.
Establishing consistent classroom routines.
Working with support staff to help pupils regulate and participate.
Recognising academic progress alongside personal development.
You'll need QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience in SEMH, alternative provision, a PRU or supporting vulnerable learners in mainstream education would be relevant.
