SEMH Teaching Assistant Blackburn

I work closely with primary schools across East Lancashire, helping match TAs with schools where their skills and experience are genuinely needed. Whether you're looking for your next long-term position or prefer more flexibility, there are plenty of options available.

Schools are looking for TAs who have:

• Previous experience working in a classroom or school setting
• Relevant qualifications or training
• Experience supporting children with SEN and/or SEMH
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils' individual needs
• A calm, patient and consistent approach

There isn't a one-size-fits-all role. I'll work with you to find the right opportunity based on your experience, availability and what you're looking for.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
