Semi Skilled Maintenance Technician

SG Personnel are working with an established manufacturing company, based in Cramlington, who are looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis.

Key skills and experience include:

• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown response
• Mechanical fault finding and root cause analysis
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets and conveyor systems
• Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG and MMA)
• Machinery installation, refurbishment and modification
• Continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• CNC setting and operating
• Basic electrical maintenance, including sensors and motor replacement
• Strong health and safety awareness within production environments

The hours of work are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Annual salary is £30,000.
