A reputable dealership in Rayleigh, Essex is seeking a Semi Skilled Technician to join their busy workshop team.   • Competitive basic salary of £29,410 per annum
  • Potential to earn an OTE of £33,000
  • Full-time position working 45 hours per week
  • Working Monday to Friday with a rota of Saturday shifts

Duties:
  • Provide technical and diagnostic services on a variety of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle health checks and adhere to manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and company policies
  • Support senior technicians in workshop duties to develop skills
  • Keep up-to-date with training and industry innovations to maintain technical knowledge
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience of inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
  • Experience working within a franchised dealership is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and technical skill development
