SEN Case Officers (Annual Reviews)

£260-£290 per day | Fully Remote | Local Authority Contract

We are working with a local authority seeking 3 experienced SEND Annual Review Case Officers to join their Annual Reviews Team. You will manage complex and escalated Annual Review cases, ensuring decisions are progressed effectively while supporting children, young people, families and education providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex and disputed SEND Annual Review cases
• Take ownership of cases involving parental disputes, specialist placements and significant provision changes
• Progress cases from review decisions through to amended and final EHCPs
• Prepare and present complex cases to panels
• Support decisions around funding uplifts, placement changes and specialist provision
• Work closely with parents/carers, schools, SENCOs, providers and multi-agency professionals
• Help reduce escalation and support positive outcomes for children and young people

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience managing SEND Annual Reviews
• Experience working within a Local Authority SEND service
• Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory requirements
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Ability to manage complex cases independently in a remote environment

Contract Details:

• £260-£290 per day
• Fully remote working
• 3-6 month contract
• Full-time hours
• 3 positions available
