Job Title: SEN Nanny
Pay: Up to £22.00 gross per hour
Location: Harrow, HA1
Hours and Days of Work: 20 guaranteed hours across three days. Term time: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM and 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. Holidays: three 6-hour shifts weekly.
Essential Experience: Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH. Experience supporting children with emotional dysregulations.
Desirable: Positive Behaviour Support Experience. Trauma-informed care experience.
Driver Required: Yes – full driving licence; own car preferred.
Family Pets: One black Labrador and two cats.

Fred, 9, is bright, affectionate and imaginative, loving animals, outdoor activities, rugby, swimming, kickboxing, Lego and games. Fred has dyslexia, a history of speech delay, anxiety and emotional dysregulation, particularly around school and transitions. He needs calm, reassuring support that recognises behaviour as communication.

This rewarding role offers the chance to build a genuine relationship and make a meaningful difference. The SEN Nanny / Manny should be warm, patient and emotionally intelligent, with relevant SEN or SEMH and emotional dysregulation experience.
