Supply Desk is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teachers to work within our growing network of partner schools across Watford and the wider Hertfordshire area.
We work closely with a range of primary, secondary and specialist SEND schools, supporting pupils with needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and other additional needs.

We’re looking for teachers who are:

Passionate about making a positive difference to children and young people with SEND

Comfortable supporting pupils with needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties

Strong communicators who can engage, motivate and inspire pupils

Able to adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs
-
Creative, patient, resilient and committed to inclusive education

Confident with behaviour management and creating positive learning environments

Able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, SENDCos and other professionals

Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Qualified Teachers are preferred, although we are also interested in hearing from experienced unqualified teachers with a strong background in SEND education.
