SEN Support Worker – Finchley, Barnet
£13–£16.90 per hour | ASAP start
School term-time only | Monday to Friday 8:30am–3:30pm
Are you a care worker, support worker, or psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in a school setting?
We are working with a supportive school in Finchley who are looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
- Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO
- Providing emotional, academic, and behavioural support
- Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and confident in the classroom
- Full-time, term-time only (ideal work–life balance)
Ideal for Candidates With Experience As:
- Care Worker / Support Worker
- SEN Support Worker or 1:1 Support
- Youth Worker or Mental Health Support Worker
- Psychology, Criminology, or Education Graduate
- Anyone with experience supporting vulnerable children or adults
No previous school experience required – training and support provided.
