A wonderful SEN school in Hillingdon are in search for an experienced SEN Teacher. The school’s students are on the Autistic Spectrum and will need a great deal of support during lessons. The SEN Teacher will be working with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Profound needs, and the ideal SEN Teacher will need to be resilient and committed to help students learn and raise their self-confidence. 
 
Many students at the school are non-verbal and all students have sensory or communication difficulties therefore the SEN Teacher must be determined to help all students with their needs keeping a can-do attitude whilst having support from teaching assistants. The successful SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum to individual children and groups depending on their particular pathway that is relevant and motivating for each child to ensure the quality of teaching and learning meets the schools’ expectations.
