• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience working with SEND pupils, either within special schools, resource bases, alternative provisions or mainstream settings
• Is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
• Can create engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every learner succeed
