- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience working with SEND pupils, either within special schools, resource bases, alternative provisions or mainstream settings
- Is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
- Can create engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every learner succeed
