Salary: Up to £49,825 (including SEN allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learner needs.
• Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress.
• Lead and coordinate a curriculum subject or key skill area across the school.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, therapists and external agencies.
• Promote positive behaviour, social development, communication skills and independent living skills.
