SEN Teacher

Prospero Teaching is working with an independent school in the Salisbury area to recruit a passionate and committed SEN Teacher (QTS) for a September start. • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider support teams
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• Promote engagement, confidence, and independence
• Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
• Able to differentiate learning effectively
• Committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and support
• Experience within SEN beneficial but not essential
• Suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs

• Pay Rate: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
