The Role - SEN Teacher

I am recruiting for an SEN Teacher to work in a specialist SEN School in Newham. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to small classes of pupils with a range of additional needs. As an SEN Teacher, you will adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs and work towards targets set within pupils' EHCPs. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, manage behaviour and create a positive and structured classroom environment. The ideal SEN Teacher will be patient, adaptable and confident teaching pupils who may be working below age-related expectations.
