The Role - SEN Teacher

I am recruiting for an experienced and qualified SEN Teacher to teach a class of six children with special educational needs, some of whom are non-verbal. Experience using the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) would be beneficial but is not essential. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver fun, stimulating lessons tailored to each pupil's needs and abilities. You will work closely with support staff to develop pupils' communication, independence and engagement in learning. The ideal SEN Teacher will hold QTS or QTLS and have experience teaching children with SEN, either within a specialist school or a mainstream setting. This role will suit a patient, nurturing teacher who can create a positive and supportive classroom environment.

The School - SEN Teacher
