A fantastic, thriving SEN school in Sydenham is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teacher to lead a vibrant Key Stage 3 class starting this September.

The Role:
Design and deliver a creative, adapted curriculum tailored to students' individual learning and EHCP goals.
Focus on functional life and work skills to prepare students for adulthood.
Track progress through continuous assessment and work alongside speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain positive behaviour management strategies while fostering a safe, encouraging classroom atmosphere. (This opening has arisen due to the current teacher relocating after a successful tenure.)
What We're Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs (ASC, SLD, PMLD).
Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy, communication tools (e.g., PECS, Makaton), and positive behaviour support.
A creative, resilient, and upbeat approach to teaching.
