As a SEND Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, personalised lessons that help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Working with children and young people with SEMH needs, you'll create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom where every student feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.

You'll work alongside Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral staff to provide a truly personalised education, helping pupils grow academically, emotionally and socially.

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons functional skills Maths & English
• Teach a class of just 5 students with SEMH needs.
• Support pupils with EHCP outcomes through personalised learning.
• Build positive relationships that promote confidence and resilience.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor progress and celebrate every achievement.
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Use positive behaviour strategies to help pupils thrive.

We're looking for a dedicated Teacher who has:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• A calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for transforming the lives of young people.
