We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join our supportive team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pupils who require tailored learning approaches, helping them to achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the delivery, monitoring, and annual review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, carers, and external professionals.
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, flexible, and positive approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
