SEN Teaching Assistant - Berkhamsted
Start Date: September (with the opportunity to start sooner, subject to satisfactory onboarding checks)
Pay: £475-£520 per week (paid weekly) depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, long-term with the opportunity to go permanent

About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD and speech, language and communication needs
- Support pupils to access the curriculum, build confidence and develop independence
- Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to implement tailored support strategies
- Assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to pupil progress
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Receive ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills
