Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN, Autism, ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs?

We are working with welcoming and inclusive schools across Milton Keynes who are looking for caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their teams.

You will provide one to one and small group support, helping pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, manage emotions, and build positive relationships.

You may support pupils with Autism, ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs, behavioural challenges, and other additional needs while helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Support Worker, Behaviour Support Worker, Youth Worker, or similar would be highly beneficial.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is patient, resilient, compassionate, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping young people succeed. Willing to commute to Milton Keynes is essential.
