SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist School
Altrincham Area | Starts 7th September | Temp to Permanent
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a very small specialist school supporting children with severe and complex needs, including autism, ADHD, non-verbal pupils, and those following their own individual pathways.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a close-knit, supportive environment.Role Details
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Altrincham area
- Start Date: 7th September
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Support: Mix of 1:1 and 2:1
What we’re looking for
- Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support
- Experience working with children who have complex SEN needs (autism, ADHD, non-verbal preferred)
- Valid Team Teach training (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar specialist school setting
