We are currently recruiting experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS to Year 6 in a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools throughout East Lancashire.

The Role
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning.
Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have relevant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs within a school setting.
Be confident working with children across EYFS to Year 6.
Be patient, caring and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from experienced candidates with a strong background in supporting pupils with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
