Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and personalised lessons.
• Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social development.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

Requirements

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and support students with a range of additional needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
