SEN Teaching Assistant – West Ealing

Full-Time | Long-Term Temp to Perm | ASAP Start

Complete Classroom Services are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in West Ealing, supporting pupils aged 4–11 with complex moderate to severe learning difficulties, including ASD and communication needs.

About the Role

• Supporting pupils with ASD and complex communication needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
• Using Makaton and PECS to support communication
• Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team

We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEND is preferred
• Confidence supporting pupils with communication needs
• Patient, caring and proactive approach
• DBS on the Update Service
• Available full-time and able to start ASAP
