About You
Previous Early Years, SEN or primary school experience would be ideal.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have supported ASD, sensory processing needs, limited communication or emotional regulation.
Experience using visual timetables, PECS, Makaton, sensory strategies or de-escalation techniques would also be beneficial.
Above all, you'll be patient, observant and consistent, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young children.
The School
This is a friendly 1-form-entry primary school with a close-knit staff team and a strong inclusive ethos.
Its smaller size means staff know the children well and work closely together. You'll work alongside the EYFS teacher, SENCO and support staff, with a collaborative approach to supporting children with additional needs.
Based in Wood Green, the school has excellent transport links via the Piccadilly line, nearby rail services and numerous local bus routes, making it easily accessible from across Haringey, Enfield, Barnet and wider North London.
Enrich Education Recruitment is committed to safeguarding children. All successful applicants will be subject to relevant compliance checks, including an Enhanced DBS, right-to-work checks and satisfactory references.
