SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to engage with learning and develop their confidence, communication and independence.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised support, promote positive behaviour and create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Experience working with SEN, autism or complex needs would be highly beneficial.
