Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a primary school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys helping children overcome barriers to learning.
The Role
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support
* Assist pupils with additional learning needs
* Support pupils both academically and socially
* Work closely with teachers and the wider support team
* Help implement individual support strategies
* Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
* A calm, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to adapt to individual pupil needs
* A genuine passion for inclusive education
* A positive and flexible attitude
