Protocol Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Primary Mainstream Schools across Harrow and Brent. If you're passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, and Moderate Learning Difficulties, working closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide high-quality support both 1:1 and in small groups.

Your responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEN both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Deliver tailored interventions and encourage independence.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
We're looking for:
  • Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or transferable experience).
  • A patient, caring and resilient attitude.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
