Teaching Assistant - SEN | South East London
£100-£117 per day | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Remedy Education are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a school in South East London. We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who has a genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.

The role will involve supporting pupils with SEN, including providing 1:1 and small-group support both inside and outside of the classroom.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN

• Helping pupils access the curriculum and engage with classroom activities

• Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

• Helping create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant

• Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable

• Confident providing 1:1 support

• Patient, caring and understanding

• Able to build strong relationships with children

• Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils
