Remedy Education is currently recruiting caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in East London.

We have a range of opportunities available for candidates seeking full-time positions, part-time hours or flexible supply work. We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who can provide tailored support, encourage independence and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.

• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.

• Encouraging positive behaviour, communication and social interaction.

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation.

• Adapting support to meet individual learning needs.

• Maintaining a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is an advantage.

• A patient, empathetic and understanding approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to adapt to different school environments and pupil needs.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Competitive daily rates of £100-£117.
