Salary: £90–£100 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary

Transparency Education is seeking a resilient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
This Bromley opportunity would suit someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who can combine clear boundaries with patience and consistency.
Your responsibilities
You may:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support.- Help pupils remain engaged in classroom learning.
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
- Implement strategies agreed with teachers and the SENCO.
- Help pupils manage transitions and challenging situations.
- Build positive, professional relationships.
- Encourage confidence, resilience and independence.
- Record observations and communicate effectively with school staff.
What we are looking for
Previous experience with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural or additional needs is highly desirable.
You should be:
• Calm and emotionally resilient.
• Consistent when managing behaviour.
• Able to establish appropriate boundaries.
• Patient and non-confrontational.
• Comfortable working closely with teaching and pastoral staff.
• Committed to safeguarding.
