Smile Education is working in partnership with a range of inclusive and supportive schools across the WR1 area and surrounding communities, and we are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants.

📚 The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- SEN experience is essential
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
