Supply Heroes are on the lookout for experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants, who are commited to promoting learning, development and well-being for children with diverse needs across Birmingham.
The ideal applicant will:
- Provide support in line with EHCPs to promote development,
- Have confidence in working both in a Resource Base and during 1:1 intervention,
- Implement IEP plans to support specific learning goals and help achieve this,
- Be willing to support children with personal care where required,
- Record student progress, to support a wider support arrangement and allow comprehensive support for all children,
