The school is committed to promoting positive relationships, emotional wellbeing and personalised learning, ensuring every student is given the opportunity to succeed.

The school is looking to appoint an SEMH Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will support pupils across both Primary and Secondary age groups, working closely with students with SEMH, Autism and ADHD to encourage engagement, promote positive behaviour and help them achieve their individual learning goals.

The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH and additional needs such as Autism and ADHD
• A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life
