As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.

• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver engaging, personalised learning.

• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.

• Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.

• Celebrate every achievement and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting children with SEN.

• A confident team player with excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and proactive in their approach to supporting pupils.

• Experienced in education, care or support work (desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
