The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants across primary schools in Sheffield.
We have flexible opportunities available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants looking to develop their skills and gain experience across a range of school settings.
This role may include supporting pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour within specialist and referral unit environments.
We're looking for candidates who:
• Have experience supporting children with SEND or additional learning needs
• Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
• Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a positive approach
• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Are committed to maintaining high standards of support and learning
To be eligible, you must:
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
• Provide two professional references covering the last 24 months
