Pay: £100–£110 per day

A warm and welcoming primary school in Cricklewood is expanding its highly-regarded Additional Resource Provision and is looking to appoint enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

About the School:

• A truly supportive and family-like school environment where every team member is valued
• An established and growing ARP, currently supporting two specialist classes and expanding to four
• Small class sizes (6–7 children per class) with high adult-to-child ratios to provide personalized learning support - 1 Teacher and 2 TAs

Your Role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and help manage behavior using consistent strategies
• Assist with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and structured learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing in every child

Who We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, engaging, and caring individual with a genuine passion for SEN
• Experience working with children with additional needs (in a school or care setting) is desirable but not essential
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to inclusive education
• Someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
