Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Stoke-on-Trent.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external specialists to support pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your role will include:
- Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support
- Helping children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties
- Assisting with classroom activities and sensory support
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting pupils with communication and social skills
- Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
